Hot desks and small offices

The large coworking desks are 150cm or 180cm in length. There are three 2-3 desk offices and the entrance area that holds six desks. There is plenty of natural light and individual air conditioning in all rooms.

Permanent clients have 24/7 use of hot desks and small offices. They can be booked for after hours use with 24hr advanced bookings to look after the digital nomads. We even supply a free shower to enable them to freshen up and get into work mode 🙂

Amenities

There is a well appointed office kitchen, chairs and tables under the market umbrellas on the patio. There is Wi-Fi and power access, for lunches or casual meetings. Plus we have the community vegie garden down the back and herbs under the citrus trees at the entrance.

Environment

The goal is to reduce our plastic usage to a minimum. We have citrus, Lemon, Orange and Grapefruit trees out the front, to provide fruit next year and keep the insects away from the front door. There are herbs in the pots for lunches and a community vegie garden down the back. All food scraps go into the compost for the worms in the garden. The offices have pot plants to boost the oxygen, so it is not hard to work out you are dealing with an ex-farmer.

The WIFI connection is rated at 150Mbps download and 100Mbps upload.

Board Room

This is good for four to eight people and has an overhead digital projector. If you are a regular user you can have access to the calendar and book online when talking to your client and text the Bunker Space to confirm booking. It doubles a a backup for the consulting room.

Business and Entrepreneur Coaching/Mentoring

The value of a small coworking space is you get to know the other users, so just by having lunch together there will be a coaching session with each other. David has an extensive business and communication coaching background and runs regular workshops, plus we will have visiting experts to share knowledge or run short workshops.
